Two 1971 brick 4-family buildings, eight 2-bedroom townhome-style units in all, that I bought in 2021. They came with worn carpet tiles, original yellow-tile baths and tired finishes. As each unit turns over we renovate it: new flooring, fresh paint, updated kitchens and baths.
